Kelly has been practicing law since graduating from law school in 2007. Born in Clear Lake, Iowa, Kelly has lived in Minnesota since 1992. Kelly is a proud mama to one daughter, Faye.

In her spare time, Kelly spends her time volunteering in the community, reading altogether too many books, making wonky crafts and kayaking as much as humanly possible.
